Questions about credits
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits stay in your account until you use them.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time payment. You are never charged again unless you buy another pack.
What if a video fails?
Credits are only taken when a video starts. If the AI fails or a photo is rejected, the credits go back to your balance automatically.
Do I still get free videos?
Yes. Everyone gets 2 free videos per day at 480p. Credits are used after that, or when you choose HD.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can pay by card and, depending on your country, with other methods such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see your card details.
Can I get a refund?
If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Write to kontakt@taptovideo.com with the email address of your account.
