What MindVideo offers
MindVideo presents itself as a one-stop studio. On its homepage it lists text to video and image to video, an AI video editor, 4K enhancement, video extension, face swap, lip sync, AI avatars, talking pets and product videos, plus a large set of effect templates such as hugs, dances, inflation and Ghibli-style clips. It also generates images and music.
Instead of building its own model, MindVideo connects you to several third-party video models. Its footer names Kling 2.6, Wan 2.6, Veo 3.1, PixVerse V5, Seedance 1.0 Pro, Kling 2.1 Master and Sora 2, and its pricing page mentions models from Luma, Runway, Hailuo and Vidu as well.
On the image to video page, clips can be 5 or 10 seconds long, with 15 seconds on some models, in 480p, 720p or 1080p. According to the page, 1080p is reserved for paid plans.
MindVideo pricing
MindVideo uses monthly subscriptions. In October 2026 the plans were Lite at $16.9 per month, Pro at $29.9 per month and Max at $69.9 per month, or $9.9, $15.9 and $39.9 per month when billed yearly. Each plan comes with a monthly credit allowance. New users get free credits after signing up, and more through daily check-ins and invites.
Two details from its terms of service are worth knowing before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically by default, and refunds are only possible within 24 hours for monthly plans or 72 hours for yearly plans, and only if the credits have not been used. The website does not state how many credits a single video costs; that depends on the model and settings you choose.
Where TapToVideo is different
TapToVideo does one thing: it turns a photo into a short video. That makes it less flexible than a multi-model studio, but much quicker to use. You can try 1 free video without an account, and a free account adds 1 more.
When you want more, you buy a credit pack once. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and credits last 12 months. A 480p video costs 20 credits after your free videos are used, an effect video costs 30 credits (50 for effects with sound or two people), and the smallest pack is 1,000 credits for $9.90.
We also want to be clear about what we do not do. TapToVideo always starts from a photo, so it cannot create a scene from text alone. Free videos are 480p and a few seconds long, and we do not offer face swap, lip sync or 1080p yet.
